The new tool is a comprehensive listing of all employers who have been cited for violating any FLSA regulations in the past 10 years.

The FLSA Violations Database lists more than 100,000 FLSA violations that have been cited within the last 10 years. It includes the employer name and address, the number of violations cited, and back wages and penalties associated with each violation. The database doesn't simply offer an easy way for brokers to pinpoint which of their clients or prospects have violated regulations in the past. It goes a step further and provides specific recommendations for which Broker Briefcase® resources the partner should use to help educate an employer about the problem that led to the violation.
