NCC will develop and build four apartment buildings with approximately 200 apartments and a parking garage in Turku. The customer is Fincap Fund 1 Ky which is a part of Fincap Kiinteistörahastot Oy. The project sale amounts to million 260 SEK. The apartment buildings will be located near the centre of Turku in the district of Iso-Heikkilä. – The district of Iso-Heikkilä is a fast-developing area with a great location in Turku. NCC has designed and developed the residential project and sells it as a package deal including production. The construction works will commence in October 2016. The construction of the first apartment building will start in November 2017 followed by the second building in April 2018 and the two remaining buildings in December 2018.
