NCC to develop and build four apartment buildings in Turku, Finland


NCC will develop and build four apartment buildings with approximately 200
apartments and a parking garage in Turku. The customer is Fincap Fund 1 Ky which
is a part of  Fincap Kiinteistörahastot Oy. The project sale amounts to million
260 SEK.
The apartment buildings will be located near the centre of Turku in the district
of Iso-Heikkilä.

– The district of Iso-Heikkilä is a fast-developing area with a great location
in Turku. We are very excited to build 200 new homes and to be among the first
construction companies to develop this wonderful area, says Harri Savolainen,
Head of Building Finland.

NCC has designed and developed the residential project and sells it as a package
deal including production.

The construction works will commence in October 2016. The construction of the
first apartment building will start in November 2017 followed by the second
building in April 2018 and the two remaining buildings in December 2018.

The contract price of million 260 SEK includes land sales of million 45 SEK. The
order will be registrated in the fourth quarter in business area NCC Building.
