Dallas, Oct. 18, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Selery Fulfillment, a Dallas-based logistics and fulfillment company, has announced that Stephen Hays and Robert Brevelle have been appointed to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Hays is the Founder and Managing Partner of Deep Space Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on making pre-seed, seed and series-A investments in start-ups. Prior to raising his first fund, Mr. Hays spent nearly 7 years as an investment banker where he advised companies from high growth middle market businesses to large-cap public companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising (both debt and equity). His extensive experience advising and positioning such a broad range of businesses for sale and or acquisition bring a unique set of skills to the board of an early stage company.
Mr. Hays graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and with an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Brevelle has been appointed as an Outside Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has over 20 years of experience in building and leading world-class companies, mergers and acquisition, and managing investments in early stage technologies. Mr. Brevelle is the Managing Director of Tech Wildcatters, a venture capital seed fund and nationally ranked startup accelerator. Previously, he held C-level and executive positions at public and private companies to include e2v, ARC, Leonardo, and L-3 Communications.
Mr. Brevelle graduated with high honors with a bachelor and master degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and he graduated with an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Brevelle is a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and he is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.
