Bob Woodruff Foundation Names JetBlue's James Hnat to Board of Directors


NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Bob Woodruff Foundation is pleased to welcome James G. Hnat, executive vice president, general counsel & corporate secretary of JetBlue Airways, to its board of directors.

Mr. Hnat joined JetBlue in 2001, and was named general counsel in 2003. In 2007, he was named executive vice president and corporate secretary. Mr. Hnat is responsible for legal, government affairs, compliance, and sustainability.

Mr. Hnat received his bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Boston University, and earned a doctorate in law from Notre Dame Law School. He is a member of the bar of New York and Massachusetts.
