VOLUNTARY PUBLIC TENDER OFFER OF HONKARAKENNE OYJ’S SHARES
Sistema Finance S.A. has announced today 3 November 2016 at 9 o’clock via Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd’s Announcement from the exchange that it will make a voluntary public tender offer in cash to purchase all of the issued Series A shares and Series B shares in Honkarakenne Oyj (Series B shares on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. HONBS). The Board of Honkarakenne Oyj will take action concerning this matter and will announce later in accordance with the Securities Market Act and the Companies Act.
