Hereby akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” informs that akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” has received from akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” shareholder SIA “LNK (Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss)”:

-       Corrected filled-in on 2^nd November, 2016 standard form for the notification regarding the acquisition of a significant amount of capital shares , in which Section No 8 corrections were made. Person, who stands within the chain of controlled entities, is Nataļja Milova (proportion of voting rights – 95,03%);

-       Filled-in standard form for the notification regarding the acquisition of a significant amount of capital shares of Nataļa Milova, according to which Nataļja Milova has indirect acquisition (proportion of voting rights – 95,03%).
