Jordan Vargas Joins KVH Industries as Global Head of Human Resources

Industry veteran will direct human resources initiatives across company and diverse business units


MIDDLETOWN, R.I., Dec. 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KVH Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq:KVHI), announced today that Jordan Vargas has joined the company as vice president of human resources, assuming responsibility for more than 600 employees in locations around the world.

Most recently, Mr. Vargas was the vice president for technology and network operations at Time Warner Cable in New York City, where he led efforts to improve productivity and retain skilled talent. Before that, he held high-level human resources positions with companies in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Vargas holds a bachelor’s of science in industrial engineering from Pratt Institute, in New York, and a master’s of business administration from the University of New Haven, in Connecticut.
