Notification about transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Hereby akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” informs that on the 10^th of February 2017 akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” has received from SIA “LNK (Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss)”, shareholder of akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI”, filed annex of 10.03.2016. Commission implementing regulation (EU) 2016/523 “Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them” (see the attachment).

According with the filed annex, on the 8^th of February 2017 SIA “LNK (Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss)” outside a trading venue has purchased shares of akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” (ISIN code: LV0000100311) in the total amount of 292 703.44 EUR (8.81 EUR per 1 share).
