WINNIPEG, Manitoba, June 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital and Wellness Centre has announced the opening of their much-anticipated 24-hour animal hospital. The official grand opening took place on April 24, 2017, and they are pleased to now be serving the community’s pets for their health needs. This new center, part of the Winnipeg Veterinary Care Group, will provide both standard and emergency vet care using advanced medical equipment and techniques. They also have a team of veterinarians that includes specialized members so each pet gets the specific care that they need.
Pet owners know that veterinarians only seem plentiful during certain hours of the day. When something happens during the off-hours, however, all of those offices may as well not exist. The majority of them will be closed, leaving sick and injured pets with no way to get care unless one of the few exceptions can be found.
Now, it's a bit easier to find an after-hours vet than it used to be. Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital and Wellness Centre has opened with a 24-hour schedule to ensure that there will be at least one clinic that is always ready to see a pet on an emergency basis. In fact, they are so dedicated to reaching pets with emergency needs that they have brought a vet on board who specializes in emergency and critical care.
