TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - June 04, 2017) - Conkrite Capital Corporation, announced yesterday that the Board of Directors has unanimously voted on the appointment of Mr. Paul Endres as Director of Condominium Affairs Starting June 5th, 2017. Paul will assume his responsibilities immediately.
After a very thorough and deliberate selection process, the Board of Directors is delighted that Mr. Paul Endres will lead and direct the execution and implementation of all rules and regulations pertaining to the Condominium Act and other regulations pertaining to the housing industry in Ontario. Paul has over twenty-five years of experience and has all the required designations to properly oversee and ensure that all rules are being followed. Paul has been serving as VP of Asset Management and now enters this new role to ensure that our staff in working in line with the law.
Mr. Paul has served the housing industry for over 25 years, most recently as Vice President of Asset Management at Conkrite Capital. He is also a Certified Accountant, a Registered Condominium Manager and an avid leader.
