Since Logz.io's initial launch in late 2015, the company's first priority has always been to make the process of log analysis as simple and powerful as possible to suit the needs of a wide range of IT professionals.
With these goals in mind, Logz.io recently released a simple user-interface enabling customers to easily parse and transform unstructured log data to structured data. Logz.io has also recently released Live Tail, and sub-accounts. These most recent feature releases fulfill a diverse set of needs ranging from creating user sub-accounts, running real-time analytics, and structuring logs for specific interfaces.

The data parsing user-interface, Logz.io's most recent release, allows users to define their own custom parsing method for their logs with an easy-to-use parsing wizard. With this new feature, customers define sample logs to test the new parsing, select and configure a parsing method, and customize specific field settings. As a result, they can easily query Kibana to visualize the data within application logs and other log types that do not fit a standard format.
In an effort to continue their extensive commitment to customers, Logz.io hired Boaz Arbel as VP of Customer Success. Arbel comes to Logz.io after ten years working at Profitect, where he most recently was VP of Customer Success and Professional Services. He brings vast experience in Customer Success and Professional Services in both software and SaaS offerings as well as proven experience at strategic planning and execution.
