Conkrite Capital signs Management Partnership Agreement with Mapletech Mechanical Inc.

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - August 24, 2017) - Conkrite Capital Corporation announced today that it has been appointed as Managing Partner for Mapletech Mechanical Inc. Effective September 1^st, 2017. Mr. Sree Suba Will continue to serve as Chief Mechanical Officer under the Direction of Mr. Nicolas Del Valle CEO of Conkrite Capital Corporation.

The partnership is the by-product of many months of deliberation intended to create value for Toronto's Condominium residents. This partnership will allow Conkrite Capital to streamline mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and miscellaneous services not only for Condominiums but also for the commercial property portfolio and residential customers under the Household Management Program.
