In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, PayPoint plc announces that one of its non-executive directors, Gill Barr, who is also a member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees of PayPoint plc, will join the board of Wincanton plc as a non-executive director and member of its audit, nomination and remuneration committees with effect from the 15 September 2017.
