SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today InsideView strengthened its Microsoft OEM relationship with the release of a significant update to Insights, powered by InsideView, the Microsoft-branded version of InsideView Sales, embedded within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Insights now enables more targeted prospecting with new features such as list building, more watchlists, and custom news filters. The company is also deepening its commitment to Microsoft customers with the introduction of Refresh for Dynamics 365. Refresh is the first data cleaning application embedded within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to keep CRM data fresh and complete through automatic data updates from the InsideView global database of companies.
“Intelligence is the foundation of effective prospecting and selling,” said Heidi Tucker, VP of Global Alliances at InsideView. “In today’s B2B market, winning businesses need to know more than the competition. Microsoft has been delivering on that need by including Insights in their CRM for years. With the new release of Insights, powered by InsideView, Microsoft customers will be better informed and can do more targeted sales and marketing outreach than ever before. We’re privileged to keep innovating with Microsoft to deliver the most intelligent systems on the planet.”
Insights, powered by InsideView
Insights natively embeds external, real-time Targeting Intelligence (including account and contact data, news and social insights, and connections) into the Dynamics 365 environment to enable precisely targeted and informed sales and marketing engagement. It is the only Targeting Intelligence solution included in a major CRM subscription.
The new features in Insights allow customers to expand their addressable market, identify more decision-makers within their target companies, and better prioritize prospects. For example, with the new capabilities in this release, users can now build customized lists of net new prospects. Users can also now filter on custom news topics that allow users to identify prospects based on news that is directly tied to their ideal target audience, in addition to using standard filters like company size or contact title. For example, a pharmaceutical company could track drug legislation with a custom news agent.
The newest version of Insights includes the following new features:
- List Building – Insights’ new list building capability eliminates the need to buy third-party lists that go stale overnight. Now users can build highly targeted account and prospect lists from InsideView’s global database of more than 13+ million companies and 30+ million contacts, within their Dynamics workflow, by using more than 40 selection filters such as company size, location, industry, and other firmographics, as well as contact details, custom news topics, keywords, and common connections. Lists can easily be uploaded directly into Dynamics 365.
- Watchlists – Allows users to create up to five watchlists of up to 200 people and/or companies to keep tabs on all their top prospects, customers, and competitors. Now with five watchlists, users can track up to 1,000 companies and/or people and be the first to know about changes that can represent opportunities or threats, and signal a good time to reach out.
- Custom News Topics – With this new release of Insights, users can create news topics that are uniquely valuable to their business to receive highly focused news alerts and to use as custom filters when building lists. This more targeted approach significantly reduces wasted time and resources, by enabling users to q hone in on prospects who are exactly fitted to the solution they offer.
Refresh for Dynamics 365
Bad CRM data is one of the biggest challenges any CRM administrator faces and dramatically impacts the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts. With Refresh for Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics 365 and CRM online customers will now be able to easily keep their data clean on an ongoing basis with the industry’s most reliable B2B data from InsideView.
While Insights allows users to keep their CRM data up-to-date one account or contact at a time, Refresh keeps CRM data fresh and complete, regularly and in mass, with automatic data updates from the InsideView global database of companies. Refresh corrects inaccuracies, identifies duplicate records, and automatically fills in missing fields of information. Users can accept or reject changes on individual records or in bulk and choose which records they want to manage, using a rules-based system with manual overrides. Refresh keeps CRM data clean, which drives higher CRM adoption, healthier pipelines, more accurate forecasts, greater sales confidence, higher win rates, and increased revenue.
“As the market leader in visual commerce, Curalate places a high value on being able to move fast. This creates challenges for us around data integrity,” said Justin Smith, Director of Market Development at Curalate. “We want to invest in technologies that support our rapid business growth and enable data analytics without a lot of manual work by our reps. InsideView Refresh gives us confidence that our data is complete. It provides us a holistic view for market planning, effective account targeting, and territory planning – all without having to further burden our sales reps.”
