Changes to the Board of Directors of NNIT A/S
NNIT A/S ("NNIT"), a leading provider of IT services and consultancy announces that Mr. Alex Steninge Jacobsen, an employee-elected member, will resign as member of the Board of Directors of NNIT A/S as of December 31, 2017.
Alternate Mr. Henrik Vienberg Andersen will replace Mr. Alex Steninge Jacobsen in the Board of Directors of NNIT A/S.
