On December 8, 2017 the share capital increase of AS “Latvijas kuģniecība” (LSC) in the amount of EUR 120 million has been registered at the commercial register, therefore the share capital increase is deemed to be completed. All the new shares are fully paid up, so the total amount of shares with voting rights is 600 million. After the increase the LSC share capital is EUR 180 million.
