Vera Strengthens Executive Ranks with Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP of Engineering

Sam Wolff has joined the company as its first Chief Financial Officer and Wesley Yeremenko joins as Senior Vice President of Engineering. These two seasoned leaders bring decades of experience scaling some of Silicon Valley's fastest-growing and most innovative businesses, and their leadership will help guide Vera through its rapid year-over-year growth. As CFO, Wolff will lead all financial aspects of the company and will be instrumental in building the multifunctional, strategic, and financial operating plans required to define the company's corporate strategy. With a diverse background in finance, investor relations, and strategic planning, Wolff brings nearly two decades of financial leadership experience to Vera, most recently serving as the CFO of Birst, where he oversaw all financial functions and was closely involved in business strategy and operations through their acquisition by Infor. Prior to Birst, Wolff was CFO at BlueKai, a data marketplace and SaaS data management platform acquired by Oracle.

Prior to Adobe, Wesley served as the first VP of Engineering at OpenDNS, the ultra-scale DNS service. Wesley is a recognized technologist and brings his passion for scaling software, both as an engineer and fearless leader, to Vera.
