Mr. Maley has more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, as an investment banking executive, broker-dealer, and registered investment advisor.
Mr. Maley comes to Boustead Securities after serving as president and head of investment banking for a regional broker/dealer and RIA. Mr. Maley also brings senior level experience in financial services and risk management, including as a Director Investment Banking Advisory for Compliance-Risk Concepts, and previously as the President and CEO of Gilford Securities, as well as the President and CFO of Gilford Financial Corporation.
