Seasoned Customer Executive to Double Down on Best-In-Class Customer Retention and Growth


REDWOOD CITY, Calif. and BRUSSELS, Belgium, Feb. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Selligent Marketing Cloud,  the B2C marketing automation platform company, today announced the appointment of Karthik Kripapuri as Chief Customer Officer. Kripapuri will lead the organization’s large services team, develop retention and growth strategies for customers and partners and, most importantly, deliver the “client-first” service that is required in today’s complex marketing landscape. Kripapuri joins a highly experienced executive team during a critical company transformation, which includes the recent release of the world’s most advanced marketing cloud platform.

Kripapuri served at Dimension Data in various leadership roles across business transformation, integrations and services for the past 15 years. Previously, Kripapuri was Consulting Manager at Bearing Point, and served as a principal consultant at leading technology firms including VistaIT, Cisco, and Geotel.
