(“Pinnacle”), a leading agricultural retailer, announced today the opening of three new locations throughout Arkansas. Pinnacle has acquired certain assets from Lake Village Seed & Tire Co., Inc. (“Lake Village Seed”) which include an agriculture retail location in Lake Village, Ark. and a fertilizer house in Eudora, Ark. The company has also invested in a new location in Lepanto, Ark.
Lake Village Seed has been serving local growers throughout southeast Arkansas for more than 30 years. With long-time customers and employees with agronomical expertise, the Lake Village and Eudora additions to the Pinnacle footprint help create a solid presence. The addition of the Lepanto location provides Pinnacle an entry to a new, opportunistic market in northeast Arkansas. The investment in Lepanto also brings unique access to a community of growers farming in a high-input crop area. The rich farmland with long-time, knowledgeable growers make Arkansas a key geography for the company.
