In accordance with the release of 19 April 2018, the issue of Tryg Forsikring’s Restricted Tier 1 Capital Notes for the amount of SEK 700m (approximately DKK 500m) has been settled.
An application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to trading and official listing on the regulated market of Oslo Børs ASA from or about 27 April 2018.
