On 29 May 2018 AB „GUBERNIJA “ received from its shareholder AB “MV GROUP Production” a report on the implementation of the tender offer.
Through the implementation period of the tender offer AB “MV GROUP Production” bought-up 377 915 ordinary registered shares of AB „GUBERNIJA “, with nominal value of EUR 0,19 each (ISIN code LT0000127615 purchased 22 276 shares; ISIN code LT0000114357 purchesed 355 639 shares), which represent 2,34 percent of voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders of the company.
