This new partnership marks the fourth New Jersey-based health system available on Create, bringing tailored health benefits and affordable, personalized care to even more people in the state and across the region.
Create health plans are offered to commercial, labor, and public sector plan sponsors as an alternative to traditional open access health plans, allowing members to shop on a user-centric, cloud-based platform and select a single integrated health system as the medical network from which to receive all of their care.
