(TSX:CSM) (“ClearStream” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the results from its annual meeting of shareholders held June 12, 2018 in Calgary (the “Meeting”). A total of 69,789,030 common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company, representing approximately 63.48% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
At the Meeting, each of the four nominees proposed by management was elected to serve as a director of the Company, to hold office for the ensuing year or until his successor is elected or appointed. The numbers in respect of the vote were based on the proxies received and are as follows:
