(Oslo, Norway, July 18, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Chairman of the Board Simen Thorsen (through his wholly owned company Hortulan AS) has today bought 25.000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 27,911 per share.
Following this transaction Simen Thorsen holds 4,000,000 shares privately and 11,255,598 shares through Hortulan AS, equaling 26.99 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
