Girls in STEM was founded in 2014 with the purpose of increasing the number of women entering the workforce in a STEM profession. Starting out with 8 high school girls, in just three short years they have grown their program to 150 members and have reached an additional 150 girls in the metro Denver area through their community partnerships and collaborative events.
