CHIHUAHUA, Mexico, Aug. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: GCC*), informs the investing public that the dividend of Ps. 0.7121 per share will be paid on August 13, 2018, for each of the 332,535,508 shares outstanding, in accordance with a decision of the Board of Directors. The dividend, approved by the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on April 26, 2018, comes from the balance of the net earnings on a tax basis corresponding to the fiscal year 2013 and before. Payment will be made through S.D. INDEVAL against the delivery of coupon 14 of the current share certificates.
