Irvine, Calif., Aug. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chuck Amos, an executive with over twenty years of experience in the domestic and international education market, has joined the nonprofit MIND Research Institute’s board of directors.

As current CEO of GuideK12, Amos is driving growth and creating new opportunities for the only geovisual analytics company serving the education market. Previously, Amos worked as a consultant to educational technology companies globally, and as CEO of Atomic Learning. Under Amos’ leadership, Atomic Learning became the world’s leading provider of web-based software training service for schools.
Amos has a long history of impacting the education field. He’s been involved in national education policy with organizations including ISTE, SIIA, CoSN, SETDA and more. He’s also created multiple programs to serve the needs of educational institutions including: professional development offerings, technology planning and implementation, and education technology initiatives at the local, state and national level.
