(Oslo, Norway, September 07, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Chairman of the Board Simen Thorsen has today through his wholly owned company Hortulan AS acquired 5,650 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 29.0211 per share.
Following this transaction Simen Thorsen holds 4,000,000 shares privately and 11,261,248 shares through Hortulan AS, equaling 27.00 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
