Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Market Law, we hereby announce that IC Group A/S has received information from Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension ("ATP") that it has reduced its shareholdings in IC Group A/S on 17 September 2018 by 1,219,973 shares of DKK 10 each.
As a result of this reduction, ATP has no shareholding in IC Group A/S.
