Cable Europe & SCTE Europe Join Light Reading's Cable Next-Gen Europe as Event Partners


Light Reading’s Cable Next-Gen Europe will feature speakers from Liberty Global, Vodafone, Cable Europe, SCTE Europe, Com Hem and more

New York, NY, Sept. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Light Reading announced that Cable Europe and SCTE Europe have joined the upcoming Cable Next-Gen Europe conference as event partners. Patterned after Light Reading's popular Cable Next-Gen Technologies & Strategies conference in the US each March, Cable Next-Gen Europe will be Light Reading's inaugural cable tech event in Europe.

Run in conjunction with Cable Congress, Cable Next-Gen Europe will bring together leading European and US cable technologists to tackle timely tech topics like DOCSIS 3.1, Full Duplex DOCSIS, Distributed Access Architecture, FTTH, network virtualization, streaming video, cable-mobile convergence and others. The one-day conference will take place at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in London on Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Cable Next-Gen Europe will be led by Light Reading's Cable/Video Practice Leader, Alan Breznick, assisted by Light Reading Senior Editor Jeff Baumgartner. Cable Europe and SCTE Europe will play supporting roles, contributing speakers and moderators to the event.
