MacB Awarded $92M Foreign Materiel Exploitation Contract for NASIC

DAYTON, Ohio, Sept. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), an Alion company, announced today that it has been awarded a $92 million contract from the Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME) Squadron of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The mission objective is to help U.S. warfighters maintain their competitive edge by enabling the execution of timely exploitation of foreign aerospace and electronic systems for FME’s Global Exploitation Intelligence Group. The majority of tasks will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in Dayton.

Work by MacB’s Advanced Technology Group (ATG) will involve meeting specific technical objectives for foreign materiel exploitation in the areas of integration, specialized engineering services, research and development, materiel procurement, and professional operations management.

“This new NASIC contract recognizes the specialized technical and subject matter expertise that MacB consistently delivers for customers with dynamic and diverse FME expectations,” said Tom Singleton, Vice President of Science and Technology Operations for ATG. “It also allows for continued collaboration on related programs and classified projects at WPAFB.”
