Dynamic Signal Announces The DySiCares Grant Program Providing Nonprofits With Access to the Communication and Engagement Platform Used by Fortune 500 Companies

Grant Program Makes It Possible to Connect, Engage and Activate Employees, Volunteers and Donors Supporting Nonprofits

San Bruno, CA, Oct. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dynamic Signal, the leading Employee Communication and Engagement Platform, today announced the launch of the DySiCares Grant Program to provide three nonprofit entities with its mobile-first, technology platform to modernize, streamline, and measure employee and volunteer communication and engagement. This new grant is an expansion of Dynamic Signal’s internal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, DySiCares.

Applications for the grant open October 23, 2018, and recipients will be announced at the end of the year. The deadline to apply is November 27th, 2018 and complete details can be found at dynamicsignal.com/DySiCares. To qualify for the Dynamic Signal DySiCares grant program, nonprofits must be a registered 501(c)(3) with a minimum of 500 employees/volunteers.

Selected organizations will receive a three-year license to Dynamic Signal’s award-winning Employee Communication and Engagement platform for up to 5,000 users. Each DySiCares Grant recipient will also receive training sessions at Dynamic Signal’s Silicon Valley headquarters that will include a strategic workshop of best practices utilized by our Fortune 100 clients.

“One of the biggest challenges facing the nonprofit community is securing the technology needed to easily deliver timely, relevant information to their many distributed audiences - employees, volunteers, donors, and directors, however, those individuals prefer to receive information and engage with it,” said Joelle Kaufman, Chief Marketing Officer at Dynamic Signal. “Many of these organizations operate on tight budgets, with limited time and resources needed to communicate quickly, and at scale, in a measurable way that ensures their messages are getting through. We want them to have access to the most convenient, scalable Employee Communication and Engagement platform that will help them achieve their missions.”

According to studies, effective Employee Communication and Engagement is essential for organizations that need to align employees around a central mission. The Dynamic Signal platform allows organizations to create better alignment and increase productivity by making it easy to distribute and solicit structured feedback about news, information, and documents to any program member, anywhere, on the channels and devices most convenient to them- including mobile push notifications, SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, Slack and more. Additionally, Dynamic Signal’s platform includes Employee Advocacy tools that allow program participants to easily share content directly from the platform to their social media channels, resulting in more visibility for their organizations.

“This grant program for non-profits is a new way to assist philanthropic organizations through DySiCares, our internal Employee Resource Group that enables Dynamic Signal employees to demonstrate our corporate values in action while also supporting our local communities,” said Bong Suh, Chief of Corporate Affairs at Dynamic Signal, and executive sponsor of DySiCares. “The DySiCares grant program is special to us because it’s an employee-led charge, extending the same spirit of connection our technology offers to companies and their employees, to the non-profit organizations focused on making a positive change in the world. Additionally, we’re excited to provide tools for non-profit staff, volunteers and donors to more easily amplify the work their organizations are doing with their social networks.”
