Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Market Law, we hereby announce that IC Group A/S has completed a capital reduction today, as communicated in Company Announcement no. 31/2018, and has consequently reduced its holding of treasury shares by 1,897,551 shares with a nominal value of DKK 10 each.
As a result of this capital reduction, IC Group A/S' holding of treasury shares is nil.
