MURFREESBORO, Nov. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In the spirit of the holiday season, the Tennessee Beef Industry Council is hosting two cooking classes centered around “Holiday Entertaining with Beef”. The classes will take place on December 5th and December 6th and attendees will learn beef cooking tips as well as having a chance to get hands-on with the recipes. Not only will those who attend the class enjoy delicious food, they'll also go home with goodies to help with the holiday cooking this year!
“Beef is often thought of as the ‘center-of-the-plate’ item—steaks, roasts, filets—but there are so many other ways beef can make a memorable appearance on the table”, says Valerie Bass, Executive Director of the Tennessee Beef Industry Council. “During this time of year, we love sharing easy recipes that are perfect for entertaining a crowd. That’s why we decided to offer a hands-on cooking class this year to teach people simple recipes and tricks for enjoying beef at home.”
