DSG Global anticipates the filing of the 10Q on or before December 14, 2018. There was a delay in filing as a result of the time it took to complete the restructure, the company’s comptroller departure due to personal reasons, and the auditors need to review all items in the restructure plan. Therefore, it is taking longer than planned to complete the process and will be concluded as stated.
