JAGGAER added 17% of new customers in manufacturing, 15% in CPG and retail, 11% in public sector, 11% in education, 10% in utilities, 10% in life sciences and healthcare, 8% in transportation and logistics and the balance in business services, finance, technology, construction, hospitality and entertainment. The list includes three of the Fortune 100, and seven of the Fortune Global 500 companies for 2018. Customers represent the United States, EU, APAC and the UAE.
Some of the new customers include Hyster-Yale, Hitachi, Merck, Schneider, Emirates NBD Bank, University of Cincinnati, UniHa, and Surface Oncology, among others. JAGGAER now serves over 2,000 customers globally.
