Vail, Colorado, Jan. 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute (SPRI) have opened a new, expanded facility in Frisco this week, bringing the latest imaging technology and access to their world-renowned orthopaedic care and research to patients in one Summit County location. The Steadman Clinic and Imaging Center is located in Frisco’s Basecamp Center, which also provides closer access for patients from the Denver metropolitan area.

The expanded facility, which includes a state-of-the-art imaging center, is fully staffed by four globally recognized orthopaedic specialists and their teams. Among the highly regarded Steadman Clinic physicians that are administering their expertise to patients in Frisco are Dr. Randy Viola (Hand, Wrist, Elbow and Orthopaedic Trauma); Dr. Tom Hackett (Complex Knee, Shoulder and Elbow); Dr. Matthew Provencher (Shoulder, Knee and Sports Surgery) and Dr. C. Thomas Haytmanek, Jr. (Foot, Ankle and Trauma Surgery).

It is located at the primary interchange of I-70 and Highway 9 with easy access to Denver, where about 20 percent of The Steadman Clinic patients reside, and Denver International Airport.
