The Company acknowledges that on 14.01.2019 by resolution of the Council Nr.216 Rolands Zarāns was re-elected to the position of the Chairman of the Board for the term specified in the Articles of Association of the Company, which is registered by the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia.
