MATTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTS CHIPO MTASA AS A DIRECTOR

Addition of Board Member from Africa Mirrors Commitment to Partnerships


Minneapolis, Minnesota, March 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MATTER announced today that Chipo Mtasa has been elected to the MATTER Board of Directors. Chipo’s selection to the board mirrors MATTER’s continued efforts to expand and deepen partner relationships in Africa.

Chipo is the Managing Director of TelOne, one of the largest telecommunication entities in Zimbabwe. Prior to heading TelOne, Chipo was Group Chief Executive of Rainbow Tourism Group (RTG), from October 2004 to March 2012. RTG is the second largest hospitality company in Zimbabwe and is listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. Prior to this position she was the Group Finance Director for RTG. Chipo holds BACC (Hons) from University of Zimbabwe and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe). She also holds an Executive Management Development Certificate from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
