Malone joins the Globex team from Issuance Inc., formerly known as CrowdfundX, a Los Angeles based FinTech firm known for marketing some of the industry’s most notable DSOs and Regulation A+ IPOs. It was there that Malone served as the Marketing Production Manager, leading more than 15 investor marketing campaigns. Malone was an integral part of the team responsible for marketing the first Reg A+ IPO to list directly onto the NYSE (Myomo) and others that listed directly onto NASDAQ (Fat Brands & IPIC Theaters).
