Cambria successfully fights back against copycat products.

Minneapolis, MN, April 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Cambria Company LLC, the leading producer of American-made quartz surfaces, announced that it filed and settled a patent infringement lawsuit in federal court against Cosmos Granite & Marble, NC, LLC (“Cosmos”), a distributor of quartz surface products.

The lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, alleged unauthorized use and sale of Cambria’s patented Brittanicca design, which are prohibited by law.
