The company’s latest addition to its suite of emerging digital technologies aims to help clients explore the possibilities for automation in their firms that will yield improved efficiency and greater profitability.
Alphaserve launched its automation as a service in 2018 to aid with robotic process implementation and automation maintenance. As part of its newest offering of P-DaaS, Alphaserve is providing, at no cost, a limited engagement for clients to identify one process for up to five users that may be an automation candidate. Patented technology that runs in the background on user endpoints collects data that provides insight into how business applications are used throughout the firm to perform daily tasks. Intelligent analytics then evaluate that data to identify candidates for process automation and calculate the time and money that could be saved by automating those functions. Should the firm wish to proceed, Alphaserve helps them to implement RPA for those processes that will yield the most meaningful ROI.
