The general meeting adopted the proposal put forward by the board of directors to elect Leif Bergvall Hansen as a member of the board of directors.
The Chairman of the board of directors thanked Jens Jørgen Nielsen who resigned from the board of directors for his work through his many years as a board member.
The general meeting adopted the proposed revision of the Goodvalley Remuneration Policy.
The general meeting authorized the chairman of the meeting with a full right of substitution to file resolutions passed at the general meeting for registration with the Danish Business Authority.
