Transparency regulation
Pursuant to the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies and the introduction of a 3% statutory declaration threshold in the articles of association of Befimmo SA, Befimmo announces that it has received, on
6 May 2019, a transparency declaration from AXA Belgium SA. This declaration was done following the downward passive crossing of the declaration thresholds of 10% on 30 April 2019. For more information regarding this passive crossing please consult the press release of 7 May 2019.
