Photocat signs an exclusive distribution agreement for its aftermarket products in the Spanish market for two of its products for the aftermarket. The partner Higitech / MTL group in Spain was chosen as partner because they already have a significant business that could benefit from the solutions offered by Photocat. Higitech will start offering NOxOFFTM for professional applications for façades and pavements as well as ShineOn for selected business segments. Higitech hereafter has the exclusive rights to offer Photocat aftertreatment solutions in these segments in Spain.
Higitech / MTL group will also set up distribution of Photocat Garden product series for the DIY market.
The agreement is a 6-year agreement with yearly minimum volumes to be agreed between the parties. The turnover for the first 18 months is estimated to be 150.000 € and increasing in the following years.
Photocat has entered the agreement to strengthen its business on the aftertreatment market in Spain and has chosen to partner up with the Higitech / MTL group as they are well established in this market. .
With this agreement Photocat has moved into also being able to supply its environmental improving solutions also for the cities in Spain through professional applicators.
