TAMPA, Fla., May 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Health leaders from The Iowa Clinic are now better equipped to solve problems related to collaboration, innovation and consumerism in healthcare. The leaders graduated from The Iowa Clinic Physician Leadership Institute on April 25, 2019 in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The Iowa Clinic partnered with CTI to launch the leadership institute in West Des Moines in April of 2018 and included on-site educational sessions, one-on-one leadership coaching, partnerships with The Iowa Clinic colleagues, and collaboration in clinical improvement projects.
Participants collaborated to solve for complex issues related to innovation in healthcare, creating a culture and purpose for the future of healthcare, and insuring reward and recognition are aligned with the future of healthcare.
