With reference to Company Announcement No. 10/2019, Athena Investments A/S hereby announces that the sale of some of its wind and solar assets located in Italy and Spain to Ardian Infrastructure and Glennmont Partners has been completed today.
The total transaction purchase price was EUR 90.9M.
