Extraordinary General Meeting of Nykredit Bank A/S
At the extraordinary general meeting of Nykredit Bank A/S held on 19 September 2019, it was resolved to increase the capital by DKK 2,000 million.
Immediately following the extraordinary general meeting, Nykredit Realkredit A/S has subscribed for all the newly issued shares of Nykredit Bank A/S.
Nykredit Bank A/S's share capital now totals DKK 10,045 million.
