PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Multifamily owner-operator and investment manager Pacific Urban Residential (“Pacific”) announced today that it is continuing to expand its East Coast investment footprint to now include the Boston Metro market. Pacific’s Director of Capital Markets, Adam Fruitbine, will oversee the Boston expansion efforts.
Pacific’s current East Coast effort, jointly led by Patrick Freydberg and Adam Fruitbine, has focused on New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. Freydberg successfully led Pacific to acquire three properties in these markets over the past 12 months totaling $275 million.
